Shipping & Refund Policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery may take 5-7 working days depending on your location.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the toy is damaged or not as described.
Refunds: Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
